How the program actually works
Puget Sound Energy serves most of Western Washington outside Seattle, Tacoma, and Snohomish County. Their rebate program is the largest utility incentive in the state by participating customer count. PSE Trade Allies (vetted contractors) handle most rebate paperwork — using a Trade Ally is often simpler than pursuing rebates yourself. PSE offers fuel-switching bonuses when you convert from natural gas heating to heat pump.

Stacks with federal 25C credit AND federal HEEHRA. Trade Ally contractor enrollment usually required — confirm before signing your install contract.
