Details
How the program actually works
Snohomish County PUD is the second-largest electric utility in Washington and operates aggressive energy-efficiency incentive programs. The PowerHaul program tiers heat-pump rebates by equipment efficiency rating — make sure the spec your installer is proposing matches the rebate tier you want. SnoPUD also offers heat recovery ventilation (HRV) rebates that most other PNW utilities don't.
Stacking
Can you combine this with other programs?
Stacks with federal 25C and HEEHRA. Trade Ally enrollment + equipment-tier match are the two failure modes for rebate eligibility.
