How the program actually works
Seattle City Light serves Seattle and several adjacent municipalities. Their rebate program is integrated with Seattle's Building Emissions Performance Standards (for buildings 20,000+ sqft) and the city's electrification goals. Single-family and small multifamily residential rebates run separately from commercial. SCL also operates one of the most generous EV-charger incentive programs in the state.
